Elena is the CEO and Founder of Vesna Medical Staffing and a Registered Nurse. As a Clinical Business Development and Recruitment Specialist for major healthcare organizations, NYC HHC, home care agencies, and startup companies over the past 19 years placing Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Executive Level nurses, and Allied Health professionals with progressive companies.
She continues to be at the forefront of innovative developments and helps hundreds of nurses to up-level their skills in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management in a way that it accelerates cultural awareness of virtual nursing, reignites passion for nursing and improves healthy outcomes in vulnerable individuals.
After success with temp nurse and allied health staffing, Vesna Medical Staffing has excitedly pivoted into the permanent placement sector and is aiming to meet the demand of nursing shortage by skillfully building clinical teams and inspiring nurses to take on leadership roles shaping the healthcare system to achieve positive health outcomes and create sustainable workforce.
